Affiliation Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for an affiliation program:
Eligibility: To join the affiliation program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Personal Account Number (PAN).
Registration: Complete the online registration form and agree to the terms and conditions. Once approved, you can start affiliating.
Commission: Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate is [X]% of the sale amount that is set by the vendors. A [Y]% service fee plus tax will be deducted from the total commission before payout.
Payment: Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of [Rs. 1000] is met. Payments are made via bank transfer.
Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to promote deals and products through their website, blog, or social media. All promotional materials must comply with our guidelines.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical activities, including but not limited to spamming, misleading advertising, or using their affiliate link for personal purchases.
Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliation agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer earn commissions on sales generated after the termination date.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliation program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliation program.
Governing Law: The affiliation program is governed by the laws of Nepal.
