 SECTION 8 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This privacy policy shall be regulated by the Privacy Act, 2075 of Nepal & other relevant prevailing laws of Nepal, and the terms of this privacy policy shall be understood and constructed in compliance with it. The courts of Kathmandu in Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction & venue over any action relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and each of the parties here to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction & venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.
